The only good thing that came out of the 2 1/2 hour Oncologist visit is that I now know the DNA of the cancer cells so I can begin healing them. I lay in bed every night and visualize my estrogen and HER2 receptors depleting and guide the T-cells to the lymph that is supposedly leaking and told my body to rebuild it to plug the hole and stop spreading.
How to Visualize the Immune System Clearing Out Cancer Cells
- Go to a quiet spot where you won’t be disturbed. I do this in my bed at night.
- Relax and get comfortable.
- Imagine your thymus and bone marrow maturing and sending the right amount of T3 and T4 cells to your spleen and lymphs. If you have difficulty visualizing, just tell your body to do that.
- Imagine or tell your body to make the antibodies for the type of cancer you have, mine would be HER2 and estrogen positive receptors.
- Imagine or tell your body to send the antibodies to activate the T cells to find and locate the cancer cells.
- Imagine the T cells finding, connecting to, and dissolving the cancer cells. This video will help you see what the T cells do to a cancer cell so you can visualize this easily.
