Many people know their liver is a bit sluggish and could use a detox, but are unsure of where to start or the safety of liver detox programs.
This is where visualizations come in. You brain is an amazing computer, it just needs the programming to tell it what to do. When you visualize for health, you are telling your brain how and where to fix the body.
Visualization Exercise to Clean Your Liver
- Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed.
- Get comfortable. You can put some nice meditation music on if you’d like.
- Imagine a waterfall pouring and flowing into your liver and cleansing, cleansing, cleansing as it flows from top to bottom pushing out the toxins.
- Picture this flow and take a deep breath in, think ‘clean liver,’ and breath out, think ‘remove toxins.’
- Keep picturing that waterfall flowing and cleansing as you breathe in ‘clean’ and breath out ‘detox.’
